Zverev Loses to Medvedev in Semifinals

Alexander Zverev spoke to the media following his loss to Daniil Medvedev in the semifinals of the French Open. Zverev, who was the runner-up at Roland-Garros in 2022, lost in straight sets to the Russian.

Despite the disappointing result, Zverev said he was proud of his performance in the tournament. "I think I played some of my best tennis this week," he said. "I came up against a better player today, but I gave it everything I had."

Zverev also said that he is confident he can reach the top of the world rankings again. "I know I have the game to do it," he said. "I just need to keep working hard and stay healthy."
